1. After the crusher is operated well, you can feed materials.
2. The materials should be fed into the crushing cavity evenly. And it is forbidden to feed materials in side, and pile the hopper completely, in order to avoid single side or the machine is overloaded.
3. In the natural situation, the shaft temperature is not over 35 degree centigrade, and the high moisture is not more than 70 degree centigrade. If it is over 70, you should stop the machine immediately, and find out the reasons and eliminate them.
4. Before stopping, you should stop feeding first. After the finished materials in the cavity are discharged completely, you can turn off the electric motor.
5. During the crushing process, if the machine stops for the materials block in the cavity, you should turn off the electric motor immediately. And you should clear the materials first, and then restart it.
6. When one end of the tooth plate is worn, you can use the other end.
